We invite you to join us for our New Year, New You – Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing Roadshow, coming to locations across Bridgend in January and February 2026.

The roadshow will showcase a wide range of services from across all sectors, giving you the opportunity to connect with local support in your community and step into 2026 feeling informed, supported and empowered to be your best self.

Delivered as part of our Prevention and Wellbeing (PAWB) initiative, the roadshow offers a variety of activities designed to help you better understand and support your physical and mental health. Whether you are looking to ease into the new year with crafts or mindfulness, or take positive steps towards your health-related New Year’s resolutions, our roadshow is the perfect place to begin.
