Let’s come together to talk, support one another, and make a difference.
Meet at Hightide Car Park Porthcawl for a cold water dip, followed by a gathering at Fran's at 6:45 PM for a hot drink and chat –
Open to all and everyone who wants to be involved. Please note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

About the location: Mackworth Rd, Porthcawl CF36 5BT 01656 782432 The Hi Tide has a history dating back to 1947 when Giovanni opened a beach shop and a few wooden stalls selling teas for the beach. Since these small beginnings, the Hi-Tide has steadily grown to become the borough's top cabaret and function venue. The Harbour Lights bar is a sea-facing lounge with outstanding beach views and is traffic free. Ample seating both inside and on our sun deck, provides an ideal place to enjoy daily meals and drinks.
