Open Day at Tabernacl Chapel Porthcawl

Visit the historic Tabernacl Chapel for their Open Day, in partnership with Cadw Open Doors Festival.
Grade-II listed, the chapel features art deco motifs, impressive woodwork, a large stained-glass window, and a gallery which, unusually, has no pillars and is entirely self-supporting.

There will be an exhibition of photos of Porthcawl in the 1930s, showing the context in which the chapel was opened.
There will also be guided tours of the chapel, refreshments and activities/games for younger visitors.
Disabled access and toilets available. The chapel is a short walk from Porthcawl town centre, seafront and bus terminus.
