Stained Glass Beginner’s Course
Suitable for beginners no prior knowledge necessary.
This beginner’s course will offer you the chance to learn the key skills required to begin a new glass hobby. Learn how to design your window, choose your glass and cut glass. You will be taught how place your lead came, solder, cement and polish it.
On completion of the course you will have a beautiful stained-glass mirror to take home with you.
Note: This course involves working with lead and for safety reasons we recommend that pregnant women do not attend.
Course Dates: Wednesday 5 & 12 February 10am - 2.30pm

About the location: The Grand Pavilion is located on the seafront of Porthcawl. All approaches have brown and white leisure amenity signposting, making it very easy to find. Other landmarks next to the Grand Pavilion are One Stop mini supermarket and the Seabank Hotel. Parking Located on the promenade with easy ‘drop-off points’ and two pay and display car parks nearby. The Grand Pavilion does have a very small car park with a disabled parking space and these are on a first come first serve basis.
